Legal and governance
HaloGeo provides enterprise workspace tools for AI search visibility, content tasks, desktop execution, and rescans. External platforms control their own ranking, citation, review, and display outcomes.
HaloGeo processes account identifiers, SMS verification and security logs, enterprise workspace materials, brand evidence, website URLs, keywords, media assets, generated drafts, publishing tasks, desktop assistant execution records, support communications, device, and browser information as needed for the selected features.
When customers use AI generation, checks, rescans, summaries, or similar features, selected business materials and prompts may be processed by HaloGeo services or entrusted model, cloud, SMS, email, logging, and security providers. HaloGeo does not sell personal information.
Information is retained only as needed for services, contracts, security, disputes, audit, and legal compliance. Key operation and security logs are generally retained for at least six months where required. Users may request access, copy, correction, deletion, authorization withdrawal, account cancellation, or explanation by emailing hello@halogeo.com.
